In January of 2018 Hsiao-Ching's Chinese Soul Food was published. We covered this title in our EYB Cookbook Club in April of that same year. As members started sharing photographs, the comments started coming in "you all have convinced me I need this book!". It was a great month of delicious Chinese dishes. I made several recipes myself - Baby bok choy with chicken (pictured below) and the General Tso's chicken.

Three years later, Hsiao-Ching has written Vegetarian Chinese Soul Food and I am so excited about the recipes shared.
