One of our members brought an interesting Kickstarter to my attention this morning that strives to preserve Cambodian cuisine: NHUM - Restoring The Lost Flavors of Cambodia.
Chef Nak founded her business, Rotanak, two years ago with the
express mission to protect and preserve Cambodian cuisine and to
bring it to the world stage. She has spent years gathering
knowledge and writing recipes.
