The authors of
the new cookbook Nourish: Whole Food Recipes featuring Seeds,
Nuts & Beans created the book after discovering a
mutual love for beans. The duo, Nettie Cronish and Cara Rosenbloom,
felt that nutritious and inexpensive legumes, along with
seeds and nuts, are often underutilized in everyday cooking. Since
those ingredients offer a positive nutritional impact that belies
their size and can be easily incorporated into familiar foods like
granola and chili, your morning oatmeal, and the crust on tuna or
lamb chops, Nettie and Cara decided to write a cookbook dedicated
to legumes, nuts and seeds. (You can read more about the book in our author interview.)
We're delighted to offer 2 copies of Nourish to EYB Members in the U.S. and Canada only. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:
Which legume do you most enjoy to make and eat?
Please note that you must be signed into the Rafflecopter contest before posting the comment or your entry won't be counted. If you are not already a Member, you can join at no cost. The contest ends April 9, 2016.
