The fresh and vibrant flavo
rs of Maureen Abood's childhood, growing up as a
Lebanese-American in Michigan, inspired her to launch her
award-winning blog, Rose Water & Orange Blossoms. In the blog's
namesake cookbook, Maureen explores her heritage through beloved
Lebanese foods and chronicles her riffs on traditional cuisine. You
can learn more about Maureen's inspiration in our author interview.
We're delighted to offer 2 copies of Rose Water & Orange Blossoms to EYB Members in the US. One of the entry options is to answer the following question in the comments section of this blog post:
What Lebanese ingredient are you most interested in learning more about?
Please note that you must be signed into the Rafflecopter contest before posting the comment or your entry won't be counted. The contest ends June 4, 2015.

My Sitteh died before she could give me all of her recipes.
I most remember the tinkling sound that her gold bangles made as she fed the chunks of meat into the grinder to make kibbeh.
Thank you for this blog and your recipes!
